Patrick Zeiter, Founder & CEO

Patrick Zeiter has provided field services to CNG customers nationwide and has considerable hands-on and troubleshooting experience.  He spent years building and engineering interfaces for compression equipment and working as a pipeline engineer during his previous work experience.  In 2008, he was responsible for installing the first CNG compressor station for Atmos Energy in Ft. Worth.

Clint Beauchamp, Founder & COO

Clint Beauchamp is recognized as an entrepreneurial leader in managing businesses in the financial and energy sectors primarily by serving as the financial and operating partner.  To this role. Clint brings 20 years of experience in the areas of (i) financial management and corporate leadership; (ii) financial advisory (M&A, capital raising, etc.); (iii) emerging technologies and disruptive markets; and, (iv) structuring, negotiating, and financing complex transactions involving the purchase and/or development of compressed natural gas fueling stations. Clint has compiled a track record of improved processes, high-integrity relationships, and appreciative shareholders, in several start-ups. Through these experiences, Clint has cultivated a skill-set that transcends most industry and functional boundaries.

Younes Rouissi, Vice President

Younes Rouissi oversees all aspects of ZeitEnergy's ongoing design and construction projects.  He has delivered more than 30 successful CNG facilities to municipal and private customers.  Additionally, he oversees CNG code compliance and leads ZeitEnergy's effort in the development of new methods and technologies to continuously improve project delivery and customer experience.

Henry Cordova, CFO

Henry Cordova oversees the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company, including the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results that comply with generally accepted accounting principles.  Henry has 7 years of managerial accounting experience providing a wide range of accounting services from tax, capital budget analysis, cost accounting, audit support and financial reporting across multiple industries.
